5. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of a booked ride may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy applicable in India. Refunds for cancelled rides are subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.

6. Driver Conduct: Veercabs.com is not responsible for the conduct of drivers using the Service. However, we strive to provide a safe and reliable experience for our users and encourage reporting of any inappropriate behavior by drivers.

7. Intellectual Property: All content included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Veercabs.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws applicable in India.

8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Veercabs.com or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, to the extent permitted by law in India.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
